I stumbled across this Instagram account a while back and it was interesting to not only see the different types of floor patterns there are around the world but also how the floor we stand on is quite possibly ignored day to day because we are so busy going places to appreciate the artwork on which we walk upon. I like these photographs because it has given me inspiration to look around and find patterns and designs in the most common places e.g. the floor, walls and ceilings.
