I like the style of painting Katie uses because it is very unique to her, when you see a painting by her its instantly recognisable. Katie uses an outline that she has created herself of a figure (commonly referenced as a ballerina) and she builds upon that, sometimes it is the dress or the shoes and other times its the face. I like these images because I would like to have my own style that is instantly known to be mine that can be worked in different ways.
